Refund and Returns Policy

Software licenses cannot be returned and refunded after the purchase. Dualz Solutions offers the possibility to run all software in free/demo mode, before purchasing it. This allows the buyer to test the software and see all features before the purchase. SLA services include free bugfixes in case of incorrect software functions.

Dualz Solutions software runs on normal (Windows or Linux based) hardware servers and computers and interface with Dektec and Magewell cards. If provided by Dualz, only carry in warranty is supported on broken hardware (parts).

In all other cases, in case of discussion, our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, there is no option to discuss a full or partly refund or exchange.

In any case, system based licenses are exempt from being returned. We cannot undo a license that is based on system characteristics rather than based on dongle key.

  • System based licenses
  • Downloadable software products
  • Services that have been processed
  • Normal computing hardware (servers)
  • Dektec or Magewell cards

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
